At AJOY, we take pride in forging relationships with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and for-profit organizations that have a positive impact on our business community and greater community. Through your organization we deliver technical assistance to small businesses that accelerates their success.
Business Program Curriculum Development
AJOY shines at creating curricula for business programs. Curricula should not only provide information, but also help participants apply critical thinking to issues, and build skills to use their new knowledge in the business world. Our curricula deliver foundational knowledge while enabling active and participatory instruction to ensure mastery of business topics in a welcoming and encouraging environment. Concepts are explained in simple, accessible language so that aspiring and emerging business owners can quickly understand and implement them in their business in very practical ways.
Workshop Facilitation
As an experienced workshop facilitator, Tuesday encourages participants to contribute and collaborate to improve their knowledge base and learn new ways to approach and solve business issues. In any classroom engagement and problem solving are essential. Tuesday is well-versed in conversation navigation, problem-solving, and objective thinking enabling her to guide your group through both identifying and understanding issues all while bringing out each participant's strengths.
As an improvisation pro, she quickly adapts to changes and experienced with responding to questions on the fly. She knows how to pivot, get everyone involved and on the same page, increasing not only productivity but actual enjoyment of the classroom experience.
Workshops under her guidance flow smoothly and impart knowledge in a manner that will stick, allowing participants to leave with a wealth of information and skills to apply in the real world.
